A Case Strategy & Review session is a structured working meeting designed to give you clarity, direction, and a practical plan before further steps are taken.

During this session, we:

• Review the key facts, documents, and current status of the matter

• Identify any immediate risks, deadlines, or procedural issues

• Assess the strength of the available evidence and the options available

• Map out a clear action plan for how the matter should proceed

Where necessary, we also help stabilize the situation by identifying what actions should be taken now and what steps should be avoided until the next stage is properly prepared.

At the conclusion of the session, you will have a clear recommendation on the appropriate next step, whether that involves negotiation, filing a claim or application, responding to an existing proceeding, or taking no further action at this time.

This service is particularly useful when:
